This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") defines how the personal data of users of the RAKEHERO website (the "Site", "we") is processed and protected.
1. General provisions
By using the Site, you confirm that you have read this Policy. The Site has no application form, and we do not collect personal data through web forms. Contact with managers takes place directly via Telegram or e-mail.
2. What data we process
Personal data is not collected through Site forms. We may process only:
- technical data automatically sent by your browser (for example, IP address, device type, date and time of the visit);
- cookies needed for the Site to work and to save settings (including the selected language);
- data you voluntarily share with us via Telegram or e-mail when you contact us — such messages are handled as correspondence and are not stored through Site forms.
3. Purposes of processing
- Making the Site work correctly and saving user settings;
- Responding to your messages on Telegram or by e-mail and setting up the rakeback service;
- Improving the Site and the quality of the service;
- Advertising and news messages — only with the separate consent of the user.
4. Legal grounds
Technical data and cookies are processed to operate the Site. Data from Telegram or e-mail correspondence is processed on the basis of your voluntary contact and consent expressed when you reach out. Advertising and news mailings are sent only with separate consent.

We do not sell personal data. Transfer is possible only to partners necessary to provide the service (for example, poker rooms when setting up rakeback), as well as when required by law. When you contact us via Telegram or e-mail, some data is also processed by those services under their own policies.
